As someone who's had their fair share of difficult conversations, I can tell you that Winnie was onto something.

Here's the thing about tough conversations:

They're not about winning an argument or proving a point. They're about understanding each other, finding common ground, and moving forward together.

And that takes real courage - the kind of courage that lets you express yourself honestly, but also the kind that lets you sit back and really listen to what the other person has to say.
